COVID 19 Changes.

We are still open but have implemented changes to the way in which we operate.

Reduced hours – to enable us to keep up with demand on a reduced staff and to complete daily cleaning and restocking we are opening 9-4 Monday to Friday.

We are asking all orders to be placed via phone or email and paid for via card payments. (if you are account customer no changes to your booking system)

We will then pick your order either for pre-arranged delivery or via remote collection from our yard at a pre-arranged time, whilst we will endeavour to give you a time suitable for you, we need to limited person collecting from us so we can all observe social distancing.  24 hours’ notice is preferable for orders.

We have re-started some of our Automation team, but this is very limited and we are working through the backlog of calls as speedily as possible. Whilst also ensuring our engineers can work as safely as possible.

Regarding servicing of gates, if you had one booked or where due for us to visit. Once we can we will be in contact to re-book and arrange this for you.

Our phone lines at times have been exceptionally busy, we are doing our very best in the current crisis to help everyone where possible but we are working on a reduced staff in the office/shop so please do keep trying.
